1. How to order

Simply click on the “Add To Cart” button next to your product selection. In the shopping “Cart” you can change quantities, add more products and/or delete items. In the “Check Out” you are asked to enter certain information so that we can ensure that the ordered product reaches you and that we can contact you by telephone and / or email in case there are questions to be cleared regarding your order.

Promotions

From time to time we offer special promotions to our loyal customers. These may include special pricing on products, discounts on orders, free and/or upgraded shipping options. If you would like to be notified of special offers please provide your email address so that we can keep you informed of the latest promotional offers. Please see our privacy policy for full details of our web site policies. Rest assured, we will not share you email address with anyone outside the 3B Group and we promise not to sell it.

To use your promotional code enter it on the first screen during checkout and click on the link to “Confirm your Promotional Code”. You should see the offer reflected in your order total at this time.

2. Prices & Tax

The prices you see are, unless otherwise stated List Net Prices, Ex-Works and Uninsured. Shipping will be automatically added to your order based on Sales Value. The shipping costs are shown in the Final Order Screen.

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in pricing and product specifications. Unfortunately, sometimes information is published incorrectly. We will honor pricing and product specifications to the best of our ability, but reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to inform you of any product discrepancies before you order is processed.

If you live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Mexico please contact our US office for shipping charges. sales@a3bs.com Your credit card will be only debited once your order is ready to ship.

3. Minimum Orders, Special Orders & Quantity Discounts

There is no minimum order value but please bear in mind that the freight charges can make some orders uneconomical. As the worlds leading manufacturer of anatomical models we welcome your suggestions for a new products, or if require special labeling or packaging, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you place an order for large numbers of 3B Scientific® Products, you may be eligible for additional savings. Please ask your sales representative for a special price offer.

4. Delivery Schedule

We will process your order right away. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Should for some reason the product you ordered not be in stock we will send you an email confirmation highlighting the estimated delivery time. Should this not be acceptable to you, then a return email is sufficient to cancel your order.

If you need your products shipped at a future date, please indicate your desired delivery date in the comments section of the check-out process or inform your sales representative when ordering. Partial shipments are invoiced separately. Shipping charges pare prepaid and added to your invoice.

We use FedEx ground to ship most products. Express shipping via Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day delivery is available for an additional fee. 2-Day Express is available to residents of Hawaii and Alaska. Some large or heavy items must be shipped motor freight for an additional charge. Oversize items may also require additional shipping charges. Your sales representative will inform you if your product requires any special handling at the time your order is placed.

Due to the volatility of fuel prices we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Your sales representative will inform you of any changes at the time your order is received.



5. Security

Our web site is encrypted with 128 Bit SSL technology. The certificate has been issued by Comodo. If you should wish more information about the issuing company please click on on this link. It is possible that some browsers do not support SSL encryption. Should you not get a message that the transmission is encrypted then please check your browser Set Up or use another browser for example IE 5.0 or higher. 6. 3 Year Guarantee

We unconditionally warrant our products quality. If any product is found to contain defective material or workmanship within 3 years of the invoice date, we will replace or refurbish the product. This warranty does not extend to any item that has been subjected to abuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or application. Nor does it expend to products repaired or altered outside of our facilities. Your original invoice will serve as proof of purchase so please retain a copy for your records.

7. No risk buying

If you are dissatisfied with a 3B Scientific ® product for whatever reason, simply return it to us within 14 days in the original packaging and with a copy of the invoice for a refund. Please call or email us in advance for an RMA number. We can, unfortunately, not accept returns without this RMA.

We can not accept returns on software, hygiene and personal care products once the item has been opened.

8. Environmentally Friendly Paints and Packaging

All models are accurately painted by hand-picked and trained artisans using solvent free paint. Standard packaging is free and uses recyclable and CFC-free materials. Only non-standard packaging will be charged.

9. Continuous Improvement

Continual design improvements and product research are carried out in order to ensure that you receive only the very best. As a result, products may differ slightly in form or color from those depicted
