ADC's Pro's Combo SR II takes our most popular aneroid sphyg, adds a Sprague convertible stethoscope, and upgrades the set with a color-matched, oversized carrying case. From the precision-crafted, Japanese-engineered manometer to the meticulously designed Adcuff inflation system, it's the model of choice for professionals looking for high quality at an affordable price.

The matching Sprague feature a double-tube design, aluminum binaurals, and five interchangeable chestpiece fittings: an adult and pediatric diaphragm, and three bells (3,175 cm / 2,54 cm / 1,905 cm) for complete diagnostic capability on most patients. Complete with an accessory pouch containing the bell chestpieces, chestpiece key, spare diaphragms, and extra eartips. Stethoscope weighs 200 g (7 oz.) with an overall length 76 cm.
