(1) Customer Service Team Member

American 3B Scientific is seeking dedicated, hardworking professionals that are energetic and organized to provide excellent service and support for our customers. Our sales/customer service team promotes, sells, and supports 3B products for our customers. They also actively acquire and retain distributor accounts and assume overall responsibility for their assigned accounts. Team members perform post-sales satisfaction surveys and report the results to our Marketing Department and Product Management team. Team members monitor and adhere to all internal financial guidelines for their accounts and are the regarding credit terms and payments. Follow the processes in the QM system.
