Jr. Graphic Designer
As a key member of the Marketing department, this position will collaborate with other members of the Marketing team, as well as our Product Managers on a variety of projects. We are looking for someone who must be highly creative with a modern aesthetic sense, a keen eye for details, and the ability to translate art direction into effective and visually compelling designs. Candidates for this position should possess both web/interactive and print experience along with a deep understanding of standard design principles including layout, typography, and color theory. Qualified candidates will possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite programs and HTML/CSS, as well as the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Candidates who are fluent in German and English are preferred, but if your portfolio rocks, let's see it.

To design and produce visually appealing integrated marketing communication materials for different countries. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Catalog production and design
• Advertisement design and submission
• Email and landing page design and development
• The ability to design various web graphics (banners, online ads, icons)
• Image editing including manipulating and optimizing photos and other graphics for web
• Tradeshow/event signage and print material production (brochures, posters, white papers)
• Working on both corporate branding and internal projects

• Graphic Design degree preferred
• 2+ years professional studio/agency experience

• A wizard in Adobe CC as well as MS Office on the Mac OSX platform

Product Manager
Brief job description:
Product management for Biomedical merchandise items, including competitive product market analysis, pricing, selection of merchandise, sales support, product promotion, product development, sourcing of items, vendor contracts, as well as catalogue and marketing support.

Management related tasks, rights and duties:
· Regularly conducts product training and testing for the sales team
· Represents company while attending trade shows
· Collects and evaluates newest ideas for product improvement and innovation
· Answers technical product questions from customers and colleagues
· Assists with bid completion by suggesting products and pricing
· Selects merchandise range of products for catalogues, flyers, and trade shows
· Collects images and text on products advertised in new marketing mailings
· Assists with editing new catalogues and marketing mail pieces
· Contacts and negotiates 3B needs with new suppliers, updates, communicates pricing, discounts, and lead time information to appropriate colleagues
· Responsible for keeping the item card data up to date and accurate
· Prepares and insures accurate and complete information for cost evaluation reports, internal price lists for 3B colleagues and external price list for dealers
· Examines the repair work done on 3B articles and approves/disapproves according to policy, handling customer complaints, steering defective units
· Spot checks shipment from affiliates as well as incoming merchandise products for accuracies, quality, instruction manuals, and proper accessories
· Selects new merchandise suppliers according to the criteria guidelines, procurement
· Conducts formal inspection of new merchandise items according to policy, goods receipt inspection
· Maintains product main database worksheet
· Imports new pricing for existing supplier
· Updates the min/max (quarterly) and lead times (monthly) for articles for existing suppliers
· Negotiates pricing with suppliers

Assigned tasks, rights and duties:
· Provides accurate/detailed reports to affiliate management and headquarters
· Attends educational training seminars and workshops with suppliers on innovative products
· Communicates frequently with PM at headquarters and other 3B affiliates
· Before products are forwarded to the marketing department for printing in new catalogues, PM is responsible to check if any legal requirements exist. For example: CE mark, export regulations, and any other legal requirement that may exist for a product and/or product lines being considered for distribution into the market. 3B must be able to fulfil any/all legal requirements selected by PM.
· Informs 3B affiliates of new products selected for upcoming marketing pieces

· BS or BA Degree required – life sciences preferred
· Excellent communication, organization, and data skills
· Ability to travel approximately 25% · Strong presentation skills and knowledge of marketing preferred
