Product Manager
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation focused on our Human Anatomy and Medical Simulation product categories. Responsibilities

Marketing Communications Manager
3B Scientific is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager for our offices in Tucker, GA. In this role, you will play an essential part in the conceptual planning, creative design and implementation of high-performance e-mail and digital campaigns, as well as print and event management across the US & LATAM.  You will be responsible to lead the US design team and coordinate activities with our German based headquarters. As Marketing Communications Manager, you work in close collaboration with our global Product Management Marketing and Sales teams.  Further the development of e-mail, social media and CRM strategies for new customer acquisition and customer binding, you will play an important role basing your proposals on data analyses.


Responsibilities 
  • Plan, track and oversee US marketing budget
  • Management and coordination of in-house design team
  • Design and schedule of email marketing activities including email campaigns, lead nurturing, drip campaigns, etc. using HubSpot
  • Management of online marketing activities including development/optimization of PPC, landing pages, Social media, webinars, surveys and remarketing campaigns
  • Copy writing for all activities consistent with brand messaging and standards
  • Management and maintenance of in-house mailing and suppression lists, including importing data into CRM, updates and hygiene within the system
  • Generation of routine site analytics reports, analyzing site traffic data and providing improvement recommendations to management
  • Creation of online, cross-channel promotional campaigns for major initiatives such as new product launches, trade show events, etc.
  • Identification and management of new online initiatives supporting social media tie-ins
  • Motivation to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest industry best-practices, online B2B2C marketing trends, etc.
  • Mindset to “roll up the sleeves” and work with the cross-functional marketing team on major initiatives
  • Tradeshow planning, booking and logistics including booth layouts, booking travel & services, documentation of expenses, post-event follow up
  • Source promotional and advertising materials, obtain competitive pricing

Qualifications
  • Education: BA or BS required (Marketing, Business Administration)
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing function, with direct experience creating/managing online/email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML
  • Ability to work and think through problems both independently/self-propelled and in a team-oriented environment
  • Must have track record of success managing multiple priorities and projects, as well as strong written and oral communications skills

We are looking for a graphic designer with excellent graphic design knowledge with experience in photography and video editing and production to enhance and broaden the company’s visual branding. Position Description
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully selling and marketing the full line of 3B Scientific products to end users and supporting 3B distributors. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan for developing new business in their territory while maintaining the company’s strong presence in the industry. The Field Sales Representative will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, they will use strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments. The position will be remote/home office based and will require overnight travel.

  • Develop, maintain and regularly update sales funnel of opportunities in territory
  • Uncover new 3B opportunities with existing customers
  • Become a subject matter expert on all 3B products
